My Methodology
Marketing Optimizor is the moniker I’ve adopted because it really best describes the methodology I use as a marketing consultant. I’ve learned a lot in the last 20 years about how to relentlessly optimize campaigns, copy, graphics, websites, systems, and even teams in order to maximize results.

After many of my colleagues kept asking me how I was able to get such spectacular and consistent results from various campaigns, I found myself writing notes to myself. (maybe for an eventual book?) And my notes began forming what I call a “methodology”. Simply put it is a step by step structure that I use to research, strategize, and implement how I will achieve company goals given available resources, desired goals, and within the current/future environments.

Marketing Optimizor Methodology Overview:

  1. Research
  2. Brand Development/Refinement
  3. Marketing (and Sales) Strategy
  4. Develop Metrics and Reporting Loop
  5. Testing & Implementation
  6. Optimization

Of course there are hundreds, if not thousands of steps involved with this process. Depending on the complexity of the company, products, infrastructure, campaigns and the available budget, I can perform a condensed version in 3-4 weeks, or I can do a full version in a couple months. But once this is implemented and tested, the results will begin to show, and within another month or two, your company will be operating on a much more efficient level – FOREVER. In some companies I have seen 200-300% increased revenue within the first year!
